CURTI S.p.a. acquired Makfil System srl in 2010, in order to cover a more complete gamma of products in the wire processing market.
Equipments product line provides semiautomatic and automatic machines for electric cables processing, in particular machines for cutting, stripping, crimping and tinning single-core, multicore, flat, twisted and coaxial cables.

Cutting - Cutting & Stripping - Cutting, Stripping & Crimping
LA PRIMA (TS 60) is a bench automatic machine for processing single-core wire from both sides.
The SP 200 is an automatic cutting machine for cables, flat cables, hoses, air and water hoses, sheaths, etc.
ECS-10 is an automatic fully electronic cutting stripping machine, able to process single core and multicore cables up to 15 mm of outer diameter.
ECS-15 is an automatic, fully electronic, cutting and stripping machine, able to process single-core and multicore cables up to 15mm of outer diameter with a cable section from 0.5 to 35 sqm
ECS-35 ECS-35 is an automatic fully electronic cutting stripping machine, able to process single core and multicore cables up to 35 mm of outer diameter.
The model CSC 51 is an automatic machine for cutting, stripping the wires and crimping on both sides of them all types of electrical terminals.
Cable Dereelers - Pre-feeders - Unwinders
AF 80 cable unwinder is able to decoil relatively heavy reels, up to 40 Kg, and its unwinding speed can reach 3 m/sec.
AF 100/C is a counter-rotating belt pre-feeder cable unwinder is able to decoil relatively heavy reels, up to 40 Kg, and its unwinding speed can reach 3 m/sec.
AF 500 SMART is a motorized cable unwinder which includes a very easy and versatile pulleys compensator system. Reel weight: 200 Kg.
AF 1000 / AF 3000 - C 1000 cable unwinder has an electric lifting device to raise the reels from the ground and a motor and speed control unit for the reel unwindingtively heavy reels, Reel weight for AF 1000: 500 Kg;
Reel weight for AF 3000: 800 Kg.
Cable Collectors
RC 90/3 is a cable collecting machine which is normally installed downstream of a TS or ECS series cutting-stripping machine and allows the processed cables having a MAX lenght of approximately 5 m to be collected.
